Mentoring

Catalyst is establishing a graduate mentoring network. We are identifying graduates who embrace our vision, embody our values and endorse our doctrine who have the capacity to mentor new graduates within their own industry or discipline. We want to be facilitating these mentors by staff interaction and web based resourcing. Our web based mentoring resource will be hosted from this section of the website and will be soft launched at the Catalyst Conference. We hope to begin our first eight week mentoring partnership in Wellington amongst graduate lawyers later in the year.
